Chocolate, marshmallow Ferrero Rocher cake
This one was a last minute cake request from my husband who needed to bring something in for a work birthday morning tea.
Cake base is Lorraine's 'I can't believe you made that' cake recipe.
Frosting is Sweetapolita's Marshmallow Cream Cheese Fillingwith Cadbury fingers for the edge and Ferrero Roches for the top of the cake. If I had a nice bright (maybe red) ribbon it would have been a great finishing touch to the cake.
